Hours of Operation

Operating Hours:

We operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm UK time.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Any orders placed outside these times are processed the following working day.

Order Cut-Off Times:

Any orders requiring premium courier dispatch need to be placed before 12:00 UK time.

Orders received after this time are processed the following working day.

For all other orders, we aim to process and dispatch within 1 - 2 working days, accounting for busier periods.

Customer Service:

We have a small customer service team at this present time, but will always try our best to resolve any questions or problems as quickly as we can. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Urgent queries we aim to resolve the same day if possible, all other queries can take up to 3 days if we are experiencing a busy period.

General Queries:
